Before we installed WaterGuard there was a lot of moisture and the walls were extremely porous which allows water and moisture to enter their basement. We were able to go in, install WaterGuard and apply some CleanSpace to the wall which is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out.
