Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We installed our Brightwall and waterproofed this basement for these new homeowners that had yet to move in but knew that this was their forever home! 

This customer in Mayfield, KY needed basement waterproofing and chose Frontier Foundations and Crawl Space Repair. We came in and installed TripleSafe Sump Pump system with a SaniDry Dehumidifier as well as a new SunHouse Window Well Enclosure. We demoed the old basement wells, and installed a drainage system for the sump pump to connect with a LawnScape system to drain all the water into the yard. This customer will no longer need to worry about excessive moisture in their basement.  

This Kentucky couple wanted to retire in their forever home and have absolutely nothing to worry about.

This customer from Paducah, KY called into the office and reported that they had water coming in from an area of the basement and wanted us to come check it out. After investigating we quoted 43 ft of waterguard and the Design Specialist talked to the customer about all the different options. They also explained that a vapor barrier is recommended to help direct the water to the waterguard. 

 We ended up installing IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines, a TripleSafe Single pump system, a LawnScape Outlet, and a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system. We also installed CleanSpace wall liner on walls 4 feet high. Now their basement is fully waterproofed, and the should not have any water intrusion issues again.

In the case of this house a WaterGuard line was installed around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water seepage, which is then draining into a new sump liner, and pumped out of the discharge line, away from the property by a Zoeller Sump Pump.
