We waterproofed this customer's basement using our TripleSafe Complete with Waterguard!
This home in Humboldt, TN had a water issue that caused $8k-$9k worth of damage to their finished basement. They had mold issues and wanted to keep this space dry ALL THE TIME! We installed our WaterGuard and now they have a dry space!
The first solution to any basement water problems is a interior perimeter drainage system called WaterGuard. By capturing water from the walls and floor it drains into the sump and is pumped to the exterior.
As you can see, it is minimally invasive, as the floor has been restored to level following installation, with the access ports allowing for maintenance if required.
This customer in Martin, TN came to us to install a basement waterproofing system. We installed WaterGuard, TrenchDrains, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system as well as IceGuard for drainage to prevent the water from freezing in the winter, with a LawnScape system to drain water from the drain lines away from the structure to prevent any damage to the foundation from water pooling up.
