Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This Nashville family was having issues with a moist and cold crawlspace, AND were having problems with their foundation. In order to fix their moisture problem, we installed the SaniDry Sedona and Condensate Pump to ensure higher air quality and to eliminate the growth of any more mold that might occur, because of the moist crawlspace.

We also installed CleanSpace Liner and CleanSpace Drainage Matting to encapsulate the crawl space to help with the moisture and drafty floors.

We installed a few supplemental beams and Smart Jacks to support their already sagging beams. The crawlspace jacks are strong and adjustable, so they can easily be moved in the future. The SmartJack steel tube is manufactured with a triple-layer, in-line galvanized coating, so they are protected from corrosion!

The family has been in the home for 3 weeks but purchased the home knowing the floors needed additional support. Fixing correctly, permanently was the priority but the warranty was also important. They now have a safe and solid structure to plan their future.

We were able to come out and install Push Piers on the side of the home that was sinking. Push piers not only stop settlement but lift the foundation back to its original position, closing the cracks.
