Floor joist and beams had started to sag and cause movement of the structure of the home, doors, and windows not wanting to open or close right, high and low spots on the floor.. etc. By installing the SmartJack system and not relying on crumbling, sinking, and falling blocks for support, we are able to support and straighten things back out for this home.

These longtime homeowners of a 1972 home started experiencing foundation issues a few years ago. The wall had shifted and cracked, which brought in water whenever it rained heavy. They were tired of the headache and stress it brought, so they took up our offer for a free inspection and called us up!

The common culprit for bowing and cracking foundation walls is the pressure from surrounding foundation soils. 
One of the problems with foundation soils is that while the earth is continually pressing against the outside of the walls, nothing on the inside is equalizing that pressure. Foundation wall anchors address this problem by "gripping" the inside surface of the wall and countering that pressure.

Our favorite thing about the wall anchors is that they will gradually straighten the wall over time!
