Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Franklin, TN, had foundation settlement issues causing cracks on the exterior of the structure. To fix the issue, we used PolyLEVEL to lift and level areas and repair cracks to permanently support the slab. We also installed Helical Piers to support the foundation using low-profile brackets to lift the foundation and prevent any further settling or cracking on the exterior walls. 

This customer in Franklin, TN, called us for moisture and water intrusion issues in his crawl space. The moisture was causing the wood floor joists and a section of the subfloor to rot. To fix the rotting subfloor and joist, we cut the section out and replaced it. 

The wall around this Franklin, TN home's garage door was starting to separate. We installed Helical Piers to lift and support the home's foundation. The homeowner was left happy with the closed gap!

We used Push Piers to lift up this sinking foundation and close the crack!
