Mr. Gebers: Thanks for the Christmas card & T-shirt which arrived this week.  I likely won't wear the shirt much (...at age 77 it's not really my style) but it's still a nice "pr" touch.  Mostly, I thought you'd like to hear how the pier-supports and encapsulation project performed. You completed my project on 3/11/2010...about one and a half months before the historic May 1, 2010 flood struck Nashville and vicinity. Weather reporters said we here in Goodlettsville got 7-1/2"  of rainfall one day and 8-1/2" the next, for a total of nearly 16" in less than 48 hours.  Catastrophic flooding occurred in ALL low-lying areas, but my house (...in Indian Hills) is 60' higher than Mansker Creek and it was the drainage/ underlayment/ french-drains that endured that "once-in-a-lifetime" test. I had paid extra for a 2" thick layer of sand and gravel beneath the underlayment plastic and I had NOT ONE DROP of water inside the encapsulation!!....but the drainage system collected and conveyed SO MUCH water that pressure-flow blew the cap off the outlet pipe out in my yard!!  Even though runoff was flowing curb-deep in the streets outside, my crawl space remained perfectly dry above the floor of the encapsulation.The system performed superbly well!! I've shown the project to many people and EVERY ONE was impressed. Two different men asked to look through the promotional booklet and literature that Brian Lenz left for me...one man has been a builder for a few decades...perhaps they've contacted you. I could have been more gracious in the "Job Review" questionnaire you asked me to complete--particularly to Jesse---but after witnessing the way the system performed I owe Jesse, and Evilio Lopez and his crew, EXTRA votes of praise for their good work. They did a great job installing a sump pump and encapsulating my crawl space. They very helpful and explained the work done to my house. I highly recommend them.

I had my annual crawlspace maintenance done today. The crew member that provided the service is excellent at his job. He exceeded my expectations, and he outperformed many of the other servicemen that I've had in the past (and that's hard to do). He took care of everything as if it was his own home. Hands down-He's one of the BEST!! I would highly recommend him and I am truly grateful for the great work that he did in my home. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Frontier encapsulated our crawl space allowing us to create a basement space and to provide an emergency safe space. Brad provided excellent information and insight during the sales process and returned to verify the that the installation was going according to the contractual commitment. The installation team was friendly, very professional, dedicated to doing the best job possible and cleaned up afterwards. I have already noticed a vast improvement to the air quality and the overall look and feel of the new basement space. It was greatly appreciated that the Frontier team kept us informed during the whole process. The final product was well worth the investment.

Your staff person Morgan Allen has been here the last 2 Junes to replace dehumidifier filter for us. Carlos and his crew were awesome! All 3 men were so polite, informative, timely, and hard-working! I highly recommend Frontier and couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done. They showed up on time, completed the work promised, walked me through the project and cleaned up as if they had never been here!

One of the first things Mrs Walden told me was that she is a perfectionist, she expects excellence. Mr. and Mrs. Walden are ready to put their home on the market and wanted to have what she calls the "bones" checked out; the foundation, plumbing, electric, and roof. She did her homework, called our references and was impressed with the responses she heard. An inspector came out to take a look. Mrs. Walden crawled under the house with him to see for herself. To her surprise things were worse than she expected. Not only did she have mold and water in the crawl space her foundation was seriously compromised. Two of the piers were barely standing. She had a ton of questions for the inspector, she says "and he put up with me." To correct the foundation piers a 3 foot Smart Jack was installed to support the weight of home that was beginning to sag. From there the crawl space could be cleaned up. Proper draining was installed, a 20mil CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry dehumidifier, TripleSafe Single pump, LawnScape and IceGuard outlets to give the water a safe path. The crew planned 4 days for the job and completed in 3. The crew cleaned up each day and left the area looking spotless.  Mrs. Walden mentioned when the LawnScape was installed that the trench was dug neatly and when completed the grass was laid back over the LawnScape pipe just like rolled out sod. “You couldn’t even tell they had dug it up.” Mrs. Walden says the job was costly but well worth it and she gives the entire process high praise. The work “had to be done in some form or another.”  She is happy to have it done correctly with such wonderful results.  The crew took great care of her home, kept her involved, and answered all of her questions each day.

So knowledgeable, should be a foreman.

We had Frontier Basement excavate for a basement room of a summer home. Fernando was the foreman for the project. He kept in contact with us about the progress and the schedule for the work. When the project was finished he walked through with us and made sure we were happy with the job. Excellent experience. We will certainly call Frontier again when we are ready to do more work.
