Best service appointment I've ever had!

Jesus and crew worked on my crawl space. They encapsulated it as well as installed a sump pump & dehumidifier. I couldn't be more please with the finished product. They were professional and courteous and finished the job on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.

I believe a company should be judged not only on pricing but service rendered. Alot of times this service arises when something goes wrong and how the company handles it. Mistakes will be made. It is how the company rectifies the mistake that seperates the men from the boys. We had a Water Proof door installed no problem. In addition we had a drain moved away from the back entrance to our property so the pipe would not be damaged if service vehicles went over them. Due to a miscommunication, the pipe was not moved but stayed within the area of the gate. We were disappointed when we realized thes had happened and did not know Frontiers response. There was a terrific response. Someone was sent to rectify the error and the drain is no longer in the area of the gate opening. Frontier proved themselves one of the men and we thank your understanding and cooperation in rectifying this.

From the very first visit for the free estimate until the very last work task was completed, my experience with Frontier Basement specialists was 5 star all the way. They were friendly and professional at the same time, knowledgeable ( took the time to explained what they were doing throughout the process in a way I could understand), timely, patient, and cleaned up after themselves( you could hardly tell they had been here). Support beams, etc was added to the floor joists. It was a crazy difficult job as my house being 100 years old has more of a slither space than crawl space. The work space was TIGHT to say the least. Those guys were real troopers and did a great job even under such hard working conditions. I am very pleased with the job done, and highly recommend Frontier Basement Systems.

My service tech rescued me promptly and efficiently after my upstairs alarm went off during the recent flood. The tape in the seams of the lining needed caulking, and my tech spent two hours under my house doing a through and complete job of fixing the problem. This young man is a credit to your organization. I am very pleased with my crawl space and all of your pleasant, competent staff. My crawl space is saving me lots of money on my electric bill, and the humidity stays exactly in range due to the dehumidifier. Your yearly service reassures me that all is well. The Albrechts, in Brentwood TN, had a crawl space that they described as a "rain forest". A mix of heavy water seepage and condensation from the air ducts had turned the space into as mold, muddy, wet mess.   Prior to calling Frontier Basement Systems, they looked into several companies. Ruth, had done intensive research over the internet and learned about all the options available before concluding that Frontier had the right solution for their problems.   The couple was thoroughly impressed not only with the solutions we offered, but with the entire process, from sales and inspection to installation. The sales person was knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions they had, the office staff was courteous and helpful, and the work crew was quick, professional, and according to Mrs. Albrecht, the cleanest working crew she had ever seen, even as they performed the work in the crawl space.   On the last day, when Ruth was invited into the crawl space to personally examine the system, she was truly impressed. She expects her crawl space now to be dry forever. Like every homeowner, the Albrecht's spent a lot of money to make their homes comfortable and safe, and plan to live there for years to come. Frontier will be there to always make sure the system is working well, and to honor the warranty.
