Excellent company. Very pleased with my crawl space, and all the did to to protect my foundation. Fernando and his team did a great job. They always made sure I knew what was going on. We had a hiccup with out plumbing and didn't know if we would finish in time. It was fixed and they finished with time too spare. Very grateful with their hard work!

We had the clean crawl space put in, along with a water pump feature. The crew was timely with the work and very knowledgeable. I would use this company again but mostly because of the staff. Our foreman ensured we were as comfortable as possible as the work took place and they cleaned up after they put our system in. I definitely would recommend you use this company for all your basement needs.

Frontier Basement Systems sent out a reminder email to Edwin S. to contact them for annual maintenance.  Edwin's response was this: Thanks for the reminder, but I really believe that there is nothing to maintain, or restore in my "Clean Space" installation.  I went into the crawl-space last night, with a very bright LED flash light, and crawled around the entire interior perimeter looking for any moisture, loose taped joints, tears/cuts or punctures in the white reinforced plastic sheets...there were NONE! While there, I also looked for any signs of termite tunnels up at the sill-plates, or for discoloration of the floor joists and again I saw nothing of cause for concern.  Your crew did a COMMENDABLE job of installation...and you can relay my gratitude. And in addition; the temperature in the crawl space stays (winter or summer) within about 3 or 4 degrees of the upstairs temperature set on our thermostat---and we had a number of nights that had single-digit low temperatures!!!  That simply MUST make a substantial difference in my heating and cooling bills...although I haven't kept records to quantify that difference...I'm confident it's REAL.  

Fernando and his crew did a great job on our encapsulation! Great communication and very considerate of not making or leaving a mess during the process.

Experience was amazing learned a lot of things James had lots of knowledge Really liked James, amazing guy. We got in to science of this stuff. quite interesting. I moved from Arizona with no humidity, this is all very new.

Jason did our annual inspection today and as usual, he did a GREAT job!  He fixed our dehumidifier unit and found no other issues.  He is a fine young man and very courteous and polite.  Thank you for doing a GREAT job, Jason!
