This crawl space was sealed using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The liner sealed off dirt floors that brought in moisture, humidity, insects, and other pests that the old, useless liner brought into the home.

These homeowners in Murfreesboro Tennessee were having problems with their crawl space and constantly being flooded after a storm, concerned this could cause long term problems they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a solution.  Frontier sent a design specialist to their home to address their concerns.  Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space with CleanSpace was the right solution for this home.  CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier that is designed to keep moisture and water out of their crawl space.  The results are stunning.
