Beautiful crawl space door replacement in Mount Juliet Tennessee.  These homeowners had their crawl space encapsulated and to prevent any bugs or moisture from entering they had a door installed.  This door seals the crawl space from the outside world, and it looks good too!

This customer in Huntsville, AL had moisture issues in their crawl space. We removed all the debris, removed existing insulation in floor joists, and hauled it off. After cleanup, we installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace on all floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To drain the water out of the crawl space we installed IceGuard and a LawnScape system.

Sometimes, crawl space support pillars are built on soils that are not strong enough to support the weight of your home. Over time, these supports will begin to sink into the soil. As they do, the floor they hold up will sink as well, leading to uneven floors and interior wall cracking. To fix the issue we used the SmartJack system.
