This Tennessee crawl space had a problem with an excessive amount of moisture. This is often because the home has an uncovered soil ground or unsealed tarp over soil ground that is letting moisture seep into the space! Excessive moisture leads to mold growth and dust mites.. and an important thing to remember is 50% of the air we breathe upstairs comes from downstairs, so make sure that air is healthy and mold free!

We came in add added drainage matting to the floors, CleanSpace to the floors and walls, and installed our Triplesafe sump Pump system and a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier.  For drainage from the sump pump, we installed IceGuard to protect it from freezing in the winter and carried the lines all the way out to the lawn with our LawnScape system and drain.
