We replaced the old wooden crawl space door on this Huntsville, AL home with a new, metal door. This door will seal the crawl space a keep the humid outside air out of the home.

This beautiful Kentucky home only had one issue- their crawl space needed a complete makeover!

The dirt-floored crawl space was a muddy mess, because of the rainwater that had seeped through.
We installed a SmartPipe drainage system, which has custom design holes on the top and front under a filter fabric to accept water from the soil and the surface of your crawlspace. We also installed a TripleSafe Single pump system (which has an airtight lid and is battery-powered to protect against power outages during a flood!!) to pump any water out of your crawl space.

And one of the most important products we installed for this crawl space and any other that has moisture problems.. our CleanSpace Liner! Which is a vapor barrier, super-durable, 20mil plastic sheet material designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air and pests from getting into your crawl space!

This customer in Laceys Spring, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and cracking in the interior walls. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. After that to address the moisture issue we encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.
