Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We applied our complete waterproofing solution in this wet basement that needed to get moisture and mold under control.

This customer built a new building on his property to house his RV. He requested exterior drainage lines around the building, while this is not a common thing we do, but was the best solution for this customer. We dug trenches, installed drainage matting, then the drainage lines and filled the trench with clean gravel, and covered and packed it with dirt. This way no water will enter the building and it will be diverted further down the property into the yard. 

This customer in Lebanon, TN called Frontier after some big storms came through and flooded their basement. As soon as the water was out, we got to work with a waterproofing system. For this customer, we recommended a DryTrak® Monolithic Floor Drain. As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. We finished the project with a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona, IceGuard drainage, and a LawnScape system to drain any water out of the basement.

This customer in Scottsville, KY had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using a 12 in x 28 in wall support. We also installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet or Well to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery.
