This crawl space in Mount Juliet Tennessee was having some problems with their crawl space and a smell.  Frustrated they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a solution.  Frontier sent a design specialist to their home.  Together with the homeowners it was decided a full encapsulation of their crawl space with CleanSpace was the right solution.  CleanSpace is a 20mil vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of crawl spaces.

Before we installed our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump system, this basement in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, had problems with moisture. Water was getting in through foundation walls during rains, leaving moisture behind. With our waterproofing system, the homeowners have dry basement from now on!

Most, if not all crawl spaces have an outside door entryway. Most of which are wood.  We all know what happens to wood after it has been exposed to the elements. That's right, it starts to rot! letting moisture, bugs, and air in your crawl space. which leads to mold, and other unwanted issues for you. 

The solution... The Everlast Door!! A snug-fitting, all-plastic door that won't wrap, or need painting, and the bugs won't eat, stops air and moisture from entering. The door is secured by Knobs that screw into anchors in the wall, drawing the door tight against the weather-stripping to seal off the outside air.
