This space in Clarksville had a bad leaking problem. This leaking issue led to a few more problems, such as mold growth and water stains. The homeowners were tired of dealing with the water and the damages, plus they wanted to refinish the space. They saw our ad in Clipper Magazine and decided to take advantage of our free inspections and estimates. Our trained inspector, Jon, came to inspect their property and knew exactly what this space needed. When our crew came out to install our waterproofing products, they found more than they were bargaining for! The seating next to the window had to go because the wood holding it together was moldy and rotting from the leakage. Upon tear down, our crew found lots and lots of crickets. They seemed to have found their way in from the cracks and make a home under the top corner of the seat.

Moisture in Crawl Space, falling Insulation, and sagging Beams

This customer in Haleyville, TN came to Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. We installed CleanSpace over the walls, and a DryTrak® baseboard drainage system as well as a TripleSafe sump pump to pump the water out into the drainage lines, out of the basement with IceGuard and a LawnScape system.  

This customer in Haleyville, AL had a significant pooling of water issue in an area in the crawl space which is adjacent to the basement. To mitigate the issue and prevent any further water issues in the future we completed a waterproofing system. We installed EZ Flow, a WaterGuard system that leads out to an IceGuard and LawnScape system. The IceGuard will prevent water from freezing while being pumped out from the WaterGuard through the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump, through the IceGuard, and into the LawnScape system. There the water is now out of the crawl space and basement, and into the yard, away from the home and its foundation.
