Our crew came to the conclusion that installing a TripleSafe sump pump system would be the best way to combat the basement flooding. This sump pump system will consistently pump out large quantities of water, preventing basement flooding. This customer in Summertown, TN wanted to protect his basement from flooding and water intrusion, so he decided on a Basement waterproofing System with us. This project included the installation of a sump pump and draining system and a CleanSpace® Wall System.
We installed WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system around the interior walls, and a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. We install IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines during cold winters here in TN.
