Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Franklin, TN, had foundation settlement issues causing cracks on the exterior of the structure. To fix the issue, we used PolyLEVEL to lift and level areas and repair cracks to permanently support the slab. We also installed Helical Piers to support the foundation using low-profile brackets to lift the foundation and prevent any further settling or cracking on the exterior walls. 

This customer in Franklin, TN came to Frontier for stabilization and waterproofing solutions for their crawl space. We installed a Smart Jack system to stabilize the upper flooring and prevent any further sagging of floors. We then added drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrap the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. Now their crawl space is usable and they don't need to worry about sagging floors, musty odors, mold, or wood rot.
