This Tennessee family had a mess of problems that stemmed from having a leaky crawl space.
Because of the excessive amount of moisture in their space, it caused mold. The mold even started growing in their living quarters and there was a lingering musty smell in both areas.
The moisture had caused mold to grow on their wood beams as well, which weakened them and created soft spots! They also complained of cold floors during the winter, but no worries. After they met with our inspector he ensured them he had a lasting solution for them!

Developed by Supportworks, the steel SmartJack crawl space piers can be cut to size, based on the height of your crawl space. A threaded post cap enables the installer to raise a sagging floor back to its proper level. All SmartJack parts are protected against rust with a thick galvanized coating.
They now have a dry and healthy crawl space that won't cause them any more problems or worries!

This customer in Franklin, TN came to Frontier for stabilization and waterproofing solutions for their crawl space. We installed a Smart Jack system to stabilize the upper flooring and prevent any further sagging of floors. We then added drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrap the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. Now their crawl space is usable and they don't need to worry about sagging floors, musty odors, mold, or wood rot.
