The crawl space support beams were beginning to fail causing the sagging uneven floors. Frontier came in and installed SmartJacks to stabilize the structure, then installed a waterproofing system in the crawl space. We added drainage matting, CleanSpace, a TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard, and a LawnScape system to keep water out of the crawl space. Now they have a stable, dry, healthy crawl space.
