Glenda in Franklin, TN, contacted Frontier to address settlement issues in her home. During the inspection, the design specialist found high humidity levels in the crawl space and mold growth on the wood. Before SmartJacks could be installed to stabilize the floors, soda blasting was needed to remove the mold and help protect the integrity of the wood long term.

Our crew cleared out the debris, treated the existing mold, and installed a drainage system with a sump pump to manage water. We then encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help keep it dry. A new EverLast crawl space door completed the transformation.
