Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

These homeowners in Mayfield Kentucky were having some problems with their foundation.  They contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution and a design specialist was sent to their home.  After a thorough inspection the design specialist found that the floors were being help and supported with car jacks.  This is often a situation we find homeowners in.  You can see a variety of different jacks in the before photo.  Together with the homeowner it was decided that a series of smart jacks were the right solution for this home.  The homeowners can now relax knowing their floors are help up and supported properly.

This customer's basement wall was bowing inward and very close to failing all together. Wall anchors were installed to not only secure the wall but also straighten the wall over time. Also, surface bonding cement was added to the wall to seal the cracks.

Cracks in foundation were visible in several places. In addition, steel tubes that were already in place to straighten walls. Frontier Basement Systems was called to come in and repair the issues. You can see visible changes in cracks closing as well as unseen foundational repair using wall anchors.

This homeowner expressed concern for the support of their home's floors. We took a look at the floor joists from inside the crawlspace and installed SmartJacks. The homeowner was let satisfied with a job well done!
