This Murfreesboro, TN homeowner was concerned with their home's sagging floors. We went inside the crawlspace and took a look at the home's floor joists. We installed SmartJacks to level the home's sagging floors. The homeowner was left satisfied with the quality of work that was completed.
This customer in Murfreesboro, TN had foundation settlement around his home which caused exterior cracking on the outside bricks. We installed Push Piers and Steel Shims around the perimeter of the home to lift it back and prevent further sinking, permanently. In many scenarios, push piers not only stop settlement but lift the foundation back to its original position, closing cracks and improving window and door operation.
This Tennessee family had complaints of uneven floors and "soft spots" on their floorboards. They had seen one of our commercials on Channel 4 News and had done more research on us. Liking what they saw on our website, they called us and we had an inspector go out to their home and look at their space.
They discussed and agreed the home needed some additional support, because it seemed that the current foundation was not strong enough to hold up the weight of furniture and people in the home. They talked about our SmartJacks system and the benefits of installing them such as stopping settling and raising your sagging floor back to the proper level. As well as the parts being protected against rust, because they have a thick galvanized coating, so you won't have to worry about an organic material rotting away!
Now that the SmartJacks are supporting the floor joists above, they have a level and lifted floor!
