A rental home in Nashville was in need of solid support. 

Unfortunately due to water damage and wood rot the floor joist were slacking on the job. The conditions of the crawl space and the weight of the home had caused serious damage to the supports. Sister joist were ran along the existing joist and supported with a SmartJack. The home owner and the tenants are more comfortable and secure in this home.  

The homeowners sought Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair  due to issues with mold/mildew and also insulation based problems becoming prevalent in their home. Our team was successful in their efforts of providing this home owner with a clean and safe crawl space that prevents any issues from arising within their home. 

Homeowners reached out to Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with concerns for the visible/outer foundation of their home. The team sent to repair this home was able to utilize push piers and other preventive measures in order to repair the foundational cracks while also placing crawl space improvements in place for their foundation errors. 

Installation of Wall Anchors and Geo-Lock Anchors inside of a garage located in Camden, TN to repair and stabilize the wall. Customer is happy with their newly stabilized garage walls!

This basement's walls began to slide towards the bottom. We used these C-Channel Support Brackets in addition with our Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System to provide addition reinforcement for these walls. These support brackets are zinc-plated and never rust like traditional steel beams!
