We had Fernando and his crew do our nasty crawlspace repair. I am 65 years old and retired. We hired 5 different contractors in our rebuild of this home. We were disappointed with all five. They all made excuses like it's too hot, too cold, crew is tired, product problems and so on. None of these jobs were completed on time or at estimated cost, until we hired Frontier Basement Systems and the Fernando crew to encapsulate our crawlspace. Fernando was very polite and professional, this was the most undesirable job of our rebuild. There were no excuses, no whining, always on time, no breaks and no bad language. The work was completed on time at cost and looks wonderful! Ferndando and his crew could teach other contractors on how a job should be done. LT was friendly, nice, and seemed to know what he was doing. He replaced all parts and showed them to me. He was very courteous and introduced himself. Cleaned up and didn't leave anything laying around!

You can put all the right ingredients into a cake and still have to start over. These guys know how to do things right. Our utility bills have shrunk (most times by 2), the critters and bugs and spiders -etc - are almost non-existent due to the crawl space being sealed, the wood and laminate floor is warm in winter and cool in summer...........did I mention the utility bills? I highly recommend these guys. (The work was done in November, no jumping to conclusions here).

Frontier Basement Systems installed a support beam and jack system to lift our sagging floors. We are extremely happy with the job- doors that would not close now do, cracks in the walls closed up, the bounciness in the house is gone and I no longer feel like my refrigerator is going to fall into the crawlspace! The foreman and his crew were awesome! They worked very hard and answered all of my questions. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and left us happy with the job they completed. Sandy called into the office and said Gumaro (Foreman) and his team worked very hard and were all very polite.  She also commented on Juanita's (CLR Supervisor) helpfulness duing phone calls. Sandy is very happy with the service she received and had a wonderful experience all around!
