I believe a company should be judged not only on pricing but service rendered. Alot of times this service arises when something goes wrong and how the company handles it. Mistakes will be made. It is how the company rectifies the mistake that seperates the men from the boys.
We had a Water Proof door installed no problem. In addition we had a drain moved away from the back entrance to our property so the pipe would not be damaged if service vehicles went over them. Due to a miscommunication, the pipe was not moved but stayed within the area of the gate. We were disappointed when we realized thes had happened and did not know Frontiers response. There was a terrific response. Someone was sent to rectify the error and the drain is no longer in the area of the gate opening.
Frontier proved themselves one of the men and we thank your understanding and cooperation in rectifying this.
