We installed a Smart Jack system to stabilize the upper flooring and prevent any further sagging of floors. We then added drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrap the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. Now their crawl space is usable and they don't need to worry about sagging floors, musty odors, mold, or wood rot.
