These homeowners in Franklin Tennessee were having some problems with their crawl space and high moisture.  Having had it encapsulated before with little success the homeowners were skeptical of moving forward but with the warranty offered they knew they were in good hands.  The design specialist did a thorough inspection and went over everything with the homeowners.  Together it was decided a full encapsulation of their crawl space with CleanSpace was the right solution.  The homeowners now have a nice and dry crawl space!

This customer in Franklin, TN came to Frontier for stabilization and waterproofing solutions for their crawl space. We installed a Smart Jack system to stabilize the upper flooring and prevent any further sagging of floors. We then added drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrap the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. Now their crawl space is usable and they don't need to worry about sagging floors, musty odors, mold, or wood rot.
