This customer in Kingston Springs, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate this issue we cleaned the debris from the crawl space, installed Drainage matting, and sealed off the vents and any other areas where outside air was coming in with SilverGlo panels and spray foam installation. Once that was complete we installed CleanSpace liner throughout the entire crawl space and added a SaniDry dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air. At each annual service our service techs run through a thorough check through and cleaning of the pump system. The relative humidity is also checked and in this case was found to be high at 91% causing visible mold, wood rot and mildew.
