This home in Hopkinsville Kentucky had a crawl space that was suffering from high moisture.  The homeowners were concerned this could lead to long term problems and reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a lasting solution.  Frontier sent a design specialist to their home and together it was decided that a full encapsulation with CleanSpace was the right solution.  CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.  What a change in this crawl space!

This customer in Hanson, KY, called Frontier due to a sagging crawl space floor. We stabilized the crawl space with our SmartJack system. The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It provides supplemental support to your failing structure and can often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.

This customer in Florence, AL called us for moisture issues in their crawl space. We came out and removed all the moldy, wet insulation, and cleaned all remaining debris. After that we installed drainage matting, CleanSpace to the floors, walls, and wrapped around piers, and finished the project by installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

This homeowner had a high moisture content in their crawl space, and it was making the rest of their house smell “musty”.
