Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Tuscumbia, AL had moisture and mold issues inside their crawl space. They called Frontier out to mitigate the situation. They decided on a partial encapsulation. This included cleaning the old wet insulation out as well as all other debris in the crawl space. After that we installed Drainage matting on all the crawl space flooring, followed by CleanSpace on the floors, and walls, and wrapped around the piers. After that was installed we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull excess moisture from the air.  

This Tennessee family had complaints of a leaking and moisture filled crawl space. The homeowner had said that she had not seen any mold, but her family did have to deal with allergies regularly. What some people don't know is if the humidity level is above 50% in your crawl space, it is the perfect place for mold and dust mites to thrive.
