This customer in Huntsville, AL had moisture issues in their crawl space. We removed all the debris, removed existing insulation in floor joists, and hauled it off. After cleanup, we installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace on all floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To drain the water out of the crawl space we installed IceGuard and a LawnScape system.

Sometimes, crawl space support pillars are built on soils that are not strong enough to support the weight of your home. Over time, these supports will begin to sink into the soil. As they do, the floor they hold up will sink as well, leading to uneven floors and interior wall cracking. To fix the issue we used the SmartJack system.

Once inside the crawl space, our system design specialist discovered a musty and cluttered mess. Once our crew arrived to encapsulate the space, they removed all debris and laid out drainage matting over the dirt floor. They then applied our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of the matting, along the walls, and around the columns.
