CleanSpace Drainage Matting- which creates a channel for water to flow to the designated drain/pump
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Liner- ensures that no moisture from the soil ground can come into your crawl space
SaniDry Sedona- a powerful dehumidifier, which will keep your humidity level below 50% (which is the level at which mold can grow at)
SmartDrain- equipped with a WaterWatch alarm system.  This system detects water as it enters the drain and sounds off to alert the homeowner of the problem right away
EverLast Door-  1/2 inch thick PVC plastic that is nearly indestrutible, plus it closes air tight and will NEVER warp or rust!

We came out and installed a crawl space encapsulation system to address the structural sinking due to excess moisture. We installed drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.
