The standing water, humidity, mold, and wood rot was effecting the standard of living for this family.

Waterproofing the crawl space and sealing it off from the earth below provides the best permanent solutions for the family.
The Everlast crawl space door is the final step to the encapsulation process. This door is meant to control what goes on in and out of your crawl space. Too often, a crawl space door is simply cut from a piece of plywood and secured loosely over the crawl space opening with hinges or screws. As you can see from the photos, this is exactly what the crawl space door was before the homeowners got an Everlast door. Needless to say, no more bugs or moisture in their crawlspace.
The owner of this Nashville, TN home called us out to complete a full crawl space encapsulation for their home. We installed a Turtl Door over the entryway of their crawl space, making it easier for the homeowner to enter and exit the space if they so choose. The Turtl is designed to work in tandem with the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system and does not compromise the sealed crawl space's ability to keep moisture and allergens out of the space.
The homeowner is satisfied with the new entryway to their space.
