This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, sealed off all air leaks and vents with SilverGlo Panels and spray Foam insulation, and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also added drainage lines to pump all the water out of the crawl space. Now the customer has a dry and healthy crawl space!
Most crawl space doors are made from wood or metal that rust, rot, and fall apart over time, allowing moisture, humid air, and unwanted pests to enter your home, causing deterioration to the foundation. Our crawl space entry doors are made from a non-organic plastic that has an airtight seal. This door will not rust, rot, or deteriorate, keeping moisture, humidity, and pests OUT of your home!
This homeowner in Nashville, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have their home's crawl space evaluated. The entrance to their crawl space was below grade, so our design specialist recommended placing our innovative Turtl system. This system is placed over the entrance. The lid on top opens to reveal the entrance to the crawl space. This system is made of high-quality vinyl, so it will not rot or rust like a wooden or metal door. The molded edges of the Turtlr system are tightly fitted to create an airtight seal.
The EverLast™ access Well is our answer to those old, corroded metal window wells and rotted wood entryways that are such eyesores for some homes. Once installed in your home, it will nicely finish off the outside of your home, complementing the landscaping around your house. A bed of gravel is laid along the bottom of the well, which assists in drainage to help keep out flooding water.
