This customer in Nashville, TN was worried about his crawl space with the large amounts of rain we have been getting here in Middle Tennessee lately. He decided on a full basement encapsulation to protect his home. This encapsulation included SilverGlo Insulated Panels, to help with his energy costs throughout the year, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, so any water from the ground can flow underneath the encapsulation and drain to the Sump Pump. We also installed CleanSpace on the walls and floor and added a TripleSafe sump pump with a backup battery and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to complete the encapsulation. Now he no longer needs to worry about nasty, musty smells, water intrusion, or humidity causing mold and mildew and rotting wood joists.
