The concrete driveway going into the garage, patio and around the pool had cracks due to settling. The repairs for this included Install Poly Level to level concrete and to clean up and prepare cracks as needed and apply Nexus Pro joint sealant. 

This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete, thus causing cracking on the sidewalk. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the structure would allow, and stabilization was guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed, the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
