This Brentwood homeowner had noticed their concrete sidewalk outside of their home had cracked and began sinking more and more every year. It was becoming a tripping hazard, so they decided to find a company that could fix it once and for all and for a good price! He was referred to us by a friend and soon called to schedule a free inspection. 
After our inspector came to look over the sinking slab and discussed our trusted solutions with the homeowner, our very experienced foreman came to repair their sidewalk! 
We used PolyLevel to lift the slabs and used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the cracks so water would not infiltrate the slabs!

This family had a small tripping hazard on their driveway that was only going to get worse over time due to the water intrusion under it.They did not want more cracks forming, so they looked up concrete specialists and found us! Our trained inspector came out and met with them and told them all about our concrete repair products- PolyLevel and Nexus Pro Sealant. They were intrigued by the products and agreed to have the crew fix their driveway!

They first used PolyLevel, which utilizes a high-density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise slabs back to the desired level.

This is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural-grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.

They then used NexusPro to seal all cracks on the driveway. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
