Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

These homeowners in Lewisburg Tennessee were in the market for selling their home.  A common issue they ran into every time they got a buyer was their walkway and how uneven it was.  They wanted to get this issue corrected so they could move forward with selling their home.  They reached out to Frontier for repairs and Frontier sent out a design specialist to see what the problem was.  Together with the homeowner it was decided that injecting poly level under the walkway to level it was the right option.  Beautiful results and a sold home.

When this Tennessee family bought their home it had already had cracks in the walls and a sinking porch. The before photo shows how the stairs have broken away from the porch and has sunk into the ground. In the after photo, PolyLevel was used to lift that staircase and stabilize it. PolyLevel can lift anywhere from 2000 to 4000 lbs. per square foot, and it lasts for a very long time.
