"My name is Lynn, a very satisfied customer of Frontier Basement systems. My job has just been completed and I wanted to tell you that the foreman, Fernando was efficient, concerned about my satisfaction and was very helpful in explaining the installation of a sump pump and supports used on my foundation. He even took me on a tour under my house (at my request, he did offer pictures). The crew including Benji, Adolfo and Luis were polite and very helpful if I had questions.The work was done efficiently and quickly. There was no mess to clean up. I was even loaned a pump for two weeks to pump water out of my crawl space as ground water had turned my crawl space into a swimming pool!All in all, an excellent experience.Thank you all."

We had a very wet basement. Frontier sent out a crew (Fernando, Jose B, and Jose M.) to clean it up and get it dried out. They were very friendly and walked me through all the work that had been done. They did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards.

LT was very nice and checked everything thoroughly. He arrived on time, was courteous, and polite. No mess was made!

The job was completed in a timely manner. Crew cleaned up when finished. Crew was very polite and respectful. The floor was very smooth. Transition was very neat.

Jesus and his crew did an excellent job. They finished on time, cleaned up everything, and explained how everything works. The basement is dry, the new windows are beautiful, and now we can finish the basement and use it for the living space we need.
