I just recently had a Water Guard system installed in my 1500 sq. finished basement, it was an overall very good experience and I"m glad I chose Frontier Basement Systems to do the job. I chose them after struggling with foundation water and doing a great deal of research. I worked with 2 foremen - Hermes & Gumaro and their crews and they were respectful of myself and my home and did a very difficult job professionally and efficiently. Customer Service follow-up throughout the project was top notch as well as after the job was completed. I recently had an additional back-up pump installed by Service Technician Donald Hill and he was TREMENDOUS! Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the entire system to me so I could troubleshoot any issues that may come up (I like to be prepared!). I would definitely recommend this company to you.

This is long overdue. My husband and I want to thank you for our pump.  When the rain hits the roof we sigh with relief because of our pump.  We made it through the April floods and so many other potential flood causing downpours. It truly was and is the best thing we have ever done for ourselves.  We tell everyone about it and kept the sign in our yard for years.  We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
