Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Take a look at what we did for this family in Winchester with water problems in their basement!

This customer in Glasgow, KY wanted a complete waterproofing system for his basement. We installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line, and installed a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also installed a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. This includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. To complete the full waterproofing system we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system.

In these before and after images you can see how large foundation wall cracks can get if unattained for too long! We got to this basement just in time! It looked terrifying, but Frontier Foundation & Crawls Space repair team worked fast and was able to secure the walls from further damage by installing Power Brace Beam System. Heavy-duty galvanized beams stabilized the foundation walls and will correct them over time. We are so glad this house is solid again!
