Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer in Lafayette, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement, we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, TrenchDrain, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a TripleSafe sump pump, and IceGuard with a LawnScape system to move the water out to the yard away from the structure.

The homeowners had noticed problems with their recent purchase of this 90's home as soon as the first heavy rainfall came. After 5 inches of rainfall, they had issues of leaks coming from the crawl space running through an interior wall and into their garage. Now that is a problem that no one wants to have!
They knew that this problem could only lead to bigger issues, such as smelly odors and uneven floors, so they gave us a call. We decided to seal their crawl space with CleanSpace drainage matting and liner, as well as add a sump pump, so there is no leaking or flooding. We also installed the very powerful and energy efficient SaniDry dehumidifier to help with mold and mildew problems.

This customer in Glasgow, KY wanted a complete waterproofing system for his basement. We installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line, and installed a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also installed a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. This includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. To complete the full waterproofing system we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system.

Heavy-duty galvanized beams stabilized the foundation walls and will correct them over time. We are so glad this house is solid again!
