This customer in Brentwood, TN needed complete crawl space waterproofing solutions. We came in and completed an entire waterproofing system project to take out the humidity, prevent mold growth, direct any water into the sump pump and then out of the structure into the yard. We used a combination of, WaterGuard, IceGuard, EZ Flow, LawnScape and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. Now his crawl space is clean, dry, and mold-free.
This customer had cracked and bowing walls. To fix the issue, we installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and a PowerBrace Concrete Angle Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to overhead concrete decks, porches, etc.) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket to stabilize the basement wall permanently.
