This customer in Nashville, TN had a water intrusion issue in their basement. Once the water issue was resolved, to prevent the basement from further or future water intrusion they decided to go with Frontier Basement and Crawlspace Repair for a basement waterproofing system.
This system included installing a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery and CleanSpace wall liner on walls up to 4 feet high. WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, a buried 4 in. exterior discharge line, extended Downspout/Drain Line under the sidewalk with IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line and a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure to prevent any damage to the foundation from pooling water.
This customer in Nashville, TN decided to have his basement waterproofed. We added our TripleSafe® sump pump and our WaterGurd® Lining around the bottom of the basement interior to capture water from the walls, floor, or air and lead it out of the basement with a discharge line to the exterior of the home, away from the structure. Our TripleSafe® sump pump has a backup battery that will turn on if the power goes out, so even during big storms, the sump pump will continue to work and pump any water that may get in, out of the basement.
This Crawlspace was unsafe and unsighlty. Now thanks to our CleanSpace system and foundation repair team it is neither.
This 1920s home was built on Monolithic slab with stone walls a basement door at main level was a formula for disaster when it rains. Water came in through cracks in the slab, wall joints, stones, and the door.
