Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer in Lafayette, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system after drilling weeping holes in the concrete block walls, we also added a TrenchDrain for the entrance. We added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull moisture out of the air and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through the drainage lines if it does get in. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusion issues.

Customer noticed additional water in basement, it was determined the sump pump that was currently in place was not strong enough, customer and sales representative decided that adding an additional sump pump would be adequate for the needs of the customer and ensure the basement stayed dry and comfortable for the customer.

This customer in Scottsville, KY had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using a 12 in x 28 in wall support. We also installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet or Well to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with an airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an air filtration system. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding again.
