Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Nashville had a termite inspection done and the inspector found mold growth in the crawl space. The homeowner wanted a permanent solution for the mold. Encapsulation and humidity control was the right solution for him. This home is now protected from mold and wood rot.

This homeowner had finally had enough! It wasn’t a major issue, but it was enough to just aggravate. She was dealing with standing water in her car port, every time it would rain there was a huge puddle. It would take a couple days before it would dry up completely. Unfortunately, there was more times with puddles then without.  She would have to step out of her car and right into a puddle of water. We all know how aggravating this can be. After talking to one of our design specialist, they were able to come up with a quick forever fix. A trench Drain with a discharge line and problem solved.

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs, The basement paneling was buckling and they noticed mold in the basement. To mitigate the issues we treated the mold issue and installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, lined the walls with CleanSpace liner. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. 

Crawl space doors can cost you a lot of money on your utilities, most are old, dry rotting wood doors, letting the cold air in, in the winter and letting the cool air out during summer. The bugs eat the rotting wood leaving you small but very drafty holes. You know what else gets in though those holes .. rodents. Rodents then get up in the insulation to make their nests. tearing it down, leaving you with cold floors, more air in, more money out the window.

 We have a sulution.. the everlast door, It is an all-plastic door that won't rot, warp, or need to be painted, and the bugs won't eat.. kKnobs screw into anchors in the wall to draw the door tight against the weather stripping to seal off the outside air.

Home owner was having issues with ponding water in his crawl space even tho he has a sump pump all ready installed. He informed us that it was not one of our pumps. He wasn't sure who had installed it,  and wanted to know if we could come out to have a look at it. It was foretasted to have a lot of rain coming and didn't want to have his crawl space flooded. When we got there we found that the pump was not working. told him he would need a new one. He informed us that they lose power often.
