This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs, The basement paneling was buckling and they noticed mold in the basement. To mitigate the issues we treated the mold issue and installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, lined the walls with CleanSpace liner. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system.
Home owner was having issues with ponding water in his crawl space even tho he has a sump pump all ready installed. He informed us that it was not one of our pumps. He wasn't sure who had installed it, and wanted to know if we could come out to have a look at it. It was foretasted to have a lot of rain coming and didn't want to have his crawl space flooded.
