Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This home was starting to show wall cracks where the foundation was no longer able to support the weight of the home sufficiently. Frontier Basement Systems were able to install Push Piers to permanently stable the foundation and resolve the cracking from getting any worse!

This Franklin, TN homeowner was unhappy with their wet crawlspace. After evaluating the work that the crawlspace needed we installed the TripleSafe sump pump system as a part of the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system. The homeowner was satisfied with the work that was done to dry out their crawlspace. 

This customer in Franklin, TN had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed a Basement to Beautiful Wall Insulation System to stabilize the wall in the basement. After that was finished, we waterproofed the basement by installing  WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump system, drainage lines with a LawnScape system, and CleanSpace over the entire basement area. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding again. 

The main source of water intrusion into this home was through the back of the property, the solution in conjunction with a water management system within the crawlspace was to install a length of trench drain to re direct the water around the sides of the house.

With minimal disruption and completely walk-able on, this drain will make a huge improvement.

This customer inquired about having a full crawlspace encapsulation done on their home. They also requested a rim joist insulation system being added to their foundation as well. They were experiencing water flooding into their basement and around the outer foundation of their home.
