Josh brings leadership and customer service experience to the Frontier team from his time working in restaurant management in San Diego, where he served as both a manager and assistant general manager. In those roles, he focused on leading teams, meeting customer expectations, and improving processes to help his team better serve others.

At Frontier, Josh enjoys helping homeowners, building relationships with customers and coworkers, and working through unique challenges each day. He values being part of a team that works together to solve problems and create a positive experience for homeowners.

Originally from Colorado, Josh now enjoys spending time with his fiancée and young daughter. Outside of work, family time is his main focus, though he also has a creative side and previously spent much of his free time making art.
