These Nashville homeowners moved into their home 13 years ago and have noticed their concrete slab outside of their home sinking more and more every year. It was becoming a tripping hazard, so they decided to find a company that could lift it once and for all and for a good price! After our inspector came to look over the sinking slab and discussed our trusted solutions, our very experienced foreman came to repair their sidewalk!
We used PolyLevel to lift the slab up 5 inches and used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the cracks so water would not infiltrate the slab!

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

The Everlast crawl space door is the final step to the encapsulation process. This door is meant to control what goes on in and out of your crawl space.
