This commercial customer in Nashville, TN had a major water intrusion issue in the basement of the structure. Since they use the basement for events, we completed a complete waterproofing system. This included the installing of WaterGuard around the inside parameter of the basement, the WaterGuard will carry water to the new TripleSafe sump pump system and pump it out of the basement through the IceGuard and Lawnscape System, away from the structure. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona due to humidity and mold concerns. This will keep humidity under control and prevent mold growth. It will also clean the air and all the nasty smells and odors from excess moisture in the air. For everyone to enjoy the freshest and cleanest air we also installed our Aspen Air purifier system on the main level of the structure.
