stabilize ground, then used the Nexus Pro to repair & seal cracks to prevent further damage.

This Nashville homeowner started noticing some foundation issues occurring that worried him. The floors were uneven and doors had a problem with sticking. As well as cracks were appearing on his walls and only getting worse over time. He searched around for the best company with trusted products and found us.

We came in and removed all moisture-soaked debris, added drainage matting to the floors, CleanSpace to the floors and walls as well as wrapped all the piers, sealed the vents with SilverGlo panels, and installed a SaniDry Sedona to pull any additional moisture from the air to make the crawl space as moisture free as possible. Now the customer can use their crawl space for their needs without worrying about damaging moisture on any items stored, mold growth, wood rot, or musty smells entering the home above!
