This Spring Hill home had the code required plastic laid on the crawl space floor but nothing more.
Since the family had move din over 3 years ago there has been water under the plastic. They do not go in the crawlspace often but do know that it leaks and want a permanent solution. This homeowner does not want any problems with mold, mildew, soft spots in the floor, or unlevel floors.

This Tennessee family had lived in their 1995 home since 2002 and had no idea about the problems an unhealthy crawl space could bring until termite control informed them that they needed to get an inspection asap.
After being more informed about the problem, they were worried about their health from the mold and their home's foundation.

-We tore out all of the old and moist insulation (that was causing their wood beams to rot!)
-Cleaned up all the debris on the ground
-Installed our Drainage Matting to give the water flooding into their crawl space a channel underneath the liner to navigate its way into their Sump Pump
