This homeowner is having a lot of issues with sinking, in and around her home. Her foundation and concrete leading to her home all are starting to sink, causing big cracks in her foundation and walkway. Here we did a poly lift of the concrete leading up to her steps. The PolyLevel System is a state of the Art approach to sinking concrete, This is, a high density, lightweight, structural grade polymers to lift, level and stabilize slabs. A minimum number of small holes (less than Penny-size) are drilled into the slab, and specialized equipment is used to inject the polymer foam into the voids under the unstable slab. After the voids are filled the formulated material expands, this provides precise lifting and stabilization of the slab without adding any significant weight.
It is easy to see in the before picture that this homes crawl space was suffering from installation falling and it was creating a real mess for the homeowners.
